• Money-Back Guarantee: If specified in your hosting plan, refunds may be available within the first 7 days of service activation.
• Service Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to review.
• Overcharges or Billing Errors: If you were mistakenly charged due to billing errors, we will issue a refund upon verification.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for the following:

• Domain Registrations & SSL Certificates (as they are non-reversible once processed).
• VPS Renewals & Subscription Fees after the money-back period has expired.
• Service Violations: If your account was suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be provided.
• Custom Services or Add-ons that have already been delivered or activated.

3. Requesting a Refund

• Your Account Information (email, invoice number, or order ID).
• Reason for Refund Request with supporting details.
• Any troubleshooting steps taken with our support team (if applicable).

Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days, and funds will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your bank or payment provider for any pending transactions.
2. Contact your credit card provider as it may take time for the refund to reflect.
